We take pride in providing a great build experience to our clients. Your project will be led by an experienced Project Manager to ensure your project stays on track and within budget. You’ll also have access to BuilderTrend, our online management platform, to keep track of selections, budgets, and communication with our team.
As your build nears completion, your Project Manager will conduct a final walkthrough w/ you to identify any areas that need attention and establish a timeline for the final punch-list.
Our commitment doesn’t end when construction does. KRÄM C&D provides a 12-month warranty on all commercial and residential projects. Even after the warranty period, we’re here for you—whether through future projects or simply maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients.
